About the Position
As a Fleet Service Technician, you'll help maintain our luxury fleet through vehicle detailing, preventive maintenance, light mechanical repairs, maintenance software management, and facility support.

What You'll Do
Vehicle Appearance
- Wash, dry, and detail luxury vehicles.
- Deep clean interiors.
- Steam clean carpets when necessary.
- Clean engine compartments as needed.
- Clean wheels and apply tire dressing.
- Prepare every vehicle to ALLSTAR's luxury presentation standards.
- Restock bottled water and vehicle supplies.
Preventive Maintenance
- Perform routine vehicle inspections.
- Check and replenish vehicle fluids.
- Replace air filters, cabin filters, batteries, windshield wipers, and light bulbs.
- Inspect tire condition and pressure.
- Lubricate service points.
- Identify maintenance concerns before they become larger issues.
Light Mechanical Repairs
- Complete basic mechanical repairs.
- Prepare vehicles for outside repair facilities.
- Transport vehicles to dealerships and vendors when necessary.
- Assist the Fleet Maintenance Manager with daily maintenance priorities.
Fleet Maintenance Administration
- Review maintenance issues submitted by Chauffeurs.
- Document completed repairs.
- Update and close maintenance tickets.
- Schedule and track preventive maintenance.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Help ensure every vehicle remains current on required maintenance.
Shop & Facility Support
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional shop.
- Restock cleaning and maintenance supplies.
- Maintain detailing equipment.
- Assist with facility upkeep and organization.
- Help create an environment that reflects the professionalism of ALLSTAR.

Qualifications
Required
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to safely operate company vehicles.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Comfortable using computers and learning maintenance software.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred
- Automotive maintenance experience.
- Vehicle detailing experience.
- Fleet maintenance experience.
- Experience using maintenance management software.
- Mechanical aptitude.

What We Offer
- $23.00–$26.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
- Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
