We are currently expanding our network of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for upcoming per diem assignments at partnering skilled nursing facilities.
Position Summary
We are seeking reliable, compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants who enjoy working in a fast-paced healthcare environment and are committed to providing outstanding resident care. As part of our clinician network, you'll have the flexibility to accept assignments that fit your schedule while working with a team that values professionalism and quality care.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in skilled nursing facilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility
- Take and record vital signs and accurately document resident care
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to the licensed nurse
- Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment
- Follow all facility policies, infection control standards, and safety procedures
- Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary care teams
Qualifications
- Active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Current BLS/CPR certification (preferred)
- Skilled nursing facility or long-term care experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, professional, and compassionate
- Ability to complete credentialing requirements prior to accepting assignments

Compensation is based on experience, assignment location, shift differentials, and facility needs. Additional compensation may be available for evening, night, weekend, holiday, and urgent assignments.
