We’re looking for an experienced Sales Business Development/Call Center Representative to join us at McLarty Daniel. If you’ve worked in automotive before, you already get the pace: high call volume, fast pivots, real conversations, and the satisfaction of building something with a customer from the first “hello” to the handoff. If you haven't tried automotive, it's an energetic career field dealing with incoming inside sales, warm and cold outbound calling, and management of leads you don't have to generate yourself.
In this role, you’ll handle inbound calls and leads, keep the CRM clean, follow-up with outbound communication on prior leads and customers, set strong appointments, and work closely with the sales team to keep momentum up. We want someone who can connect quickly, stay organized when it’s busy, and take pride in hitting goals without losing the human side of the job.
We pay weekly, offer monthly bonuses, and most reps earn around $52k a year—with room to grow if you like chasing wins. You’ll get paid holidays, vacation, sick time, medical/dental/vision options, and a flexible schedule.
Our call center representatives generally work a 5 day mix of 8AM-5PM or 10AM-7PM shifts throughout the week, with a couple 8AM - 5PM Saturday shifts a month. Please do not apply if you cannot work a mix of these shifts. We will do our best to accommodate, but we will not hire someone who cannot work evening or Saturday shifts.
