Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces thoroughly by cleaning, grinding, and repairing to ensure optimal epoxy adhesion
- Mix epoxy resins and hardeners accurately according to manufacturer specifications
- Apply epoxy coatings using hand tools and power tools, ensuring even coverage and smooth finishes
- Skilled in using hand tools such as caulking guns, sanders, grinders, and buffing machines
- Ability to operate power tools safely while adhering to all safety guidelines
- Experience with construction painting and trim carpentry enhances versatility on job sites
- Knowledge of the use of schematics for precise installation tasks
- Handyman experience is a plus for tackling various repair projects efficiently
