What You'll Do

Build relationships with customers from initial write-up through vehicle delivery
- Prepare estimates and explain repair recommendations clearly and confidently
- Present maintenance recommendations and help customers make informed decisions
- Manage repair orders from start to finish
- Coordinate with technicians throughout the repair process
- Handle phone calls, emails, and text communication with customers
- Source and manage parts as needed
- Perform final quality control inspections and test drives
- Help achieve shop goals while maintaining an outstanding customer experience
What We're Looking For

5+ years of automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
- Proven sales ability with strong communication skills
- Comfortable working in a performance-based commission environment
- Experience in either independent repair shops or dealerships
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to manage approximately 20–25 vehicles per day
- Goal-oriented with a customer-first mindset
- Valid driver's license required
Preferred Experience

Automotive service writing
- Repair estimating
- Customer relationship management
- Parts coordination
- Automotive shop management software (Tech Rocket experience is a plus)
- Working alongside digital vehicle inspections (DVI)
Compensation
100% Commission
Typical earnings range from $80,000–$120,000+ annually, depending on performance.
