MORSECOM is actively searching for a Senior Sales Executive with MSP, Telecommunications, UCaaS, or Technology Sales experience to help drive new business growth while managing and expanding an existing book of business.
This is a blended role designed for a consultative sales professional who enjoys both hunting for new opportunities and developing long-term customer relationships. Our goal is to position MORSECOM as a single trusted technology partner for our clients through Managed IT Services, Identity Management, Cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, UCaaS/CCaaS, Microsoft Direct Routing, Networking, SD-WAN, Fiber Connectivity, Wireless Infrastructure, and Physical Security.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, professional, organized, and experienced in selling recurring technology services while building trusted advisor relationships with business customers.
Job Responsibilities
Business development and prospecting
Managing and expanding an existing book of business
Conducting customer discovery meetings
Identifying opportunities for Managed IT, Cybersecurity, UCaaS, Networking, and Cloud Services
Preparing proposals and solution presentations
Coordinating with engineering and operations teams
Managing pipeline activity and CRM updates
Attending networking and customer events
Growing recurring monthly revenue opportunities
Maintaining strong customer communication and follow-up
Acting as a trusted advisor for customer technology planning
Job Qualifications
5+ years MSP, Telecommunications, UCaaS, or Technology Sales experience
Experience selling recurring revenue solutions
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to discuss both business outcomes and technical solutions
Self-starter with strong organizational skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to build trust with business owners and decision makers
Existing business relationships and customer base are a plus
Pass background check (State, Federal)
Basic Computer knowledge (Office Suite / CRM experience preferred)
