Bring Premium Experiences to Life
We’re looking for an Experience Specialist to help create seamless, elevated guest experiences from the moment visitors arrive to the final toast. In this hands-on hybrid role, you’ll support premium tasting experiences by jumping in as a cashier, bartender, and busser.
This role is part-time with the following schedule: Wednesday-Sunday, 9:30am - 6pm. While our base wage is minimal, given our generous incentive plan and tip earning potential, this position can typically earn an extra $7.00-$11.00 per hour.

What You’ll Do
- Support premium wine and food pairing experiences by assisting Servers and helping service flow smoothly.
- Create a warm, polished guest experience by greeting visitors, guiding them to check-in areas, and answering questions about wines, pairings, and retail offerings.
- Prepare and maintain premium experience spaces through setup, breakdown, stocking, organization, and cleanliness.
- Assist with bar and food service needs, including opening bottles, staging glassware, running food, restocking, all while following sanitation standards.
- Keep tables and guest areas ready by clearing dishes and glassware, refreshing water, and maintaining a tidy tasting environment.
- Support transactions, retail, wine club pick-ups, and team communication to deliver timely, seamless service.
What You Bring
- Minimum 6 months’ experience in a customer-facing role requiring cash handling and processing credit card transactions within a fast paced, high volume, hospitality environment.
- Minimum of 6 months’ experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or winery environment.
- Prior busser experience is a plus.
- Excellent multitasking, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to stay calm and welcoming in a high-traffic environment.
- Intermediate computer skills, including comfort with database and table management systems.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Ability to complete and maintain food handler's and responsible beverage service certification (must be at least 21 years of age) upon hire.
