Join a large manufacturing operation as a Maintenance Superintendent leading maintenance teams responsible for equipment reliability, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
This role is ideal for a hands-on maintenance leader who enjoys building teams, driving accountability, and improving plant performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance technicians and electricians
- Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Improve equipment reliability and uptime
- Coordinate maintenance scheduling with production
- Develop KPIs and maintenance performance metrics
- Coach and develop maintenance employees
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of maintenance leadership experience
- Manufacturing maintenance background
- Strong troubleshooting and reliability experience
- Experience leading maintenance teams
- CMMS experience preferred
Compensation
- $110K-$120K base
- $20K annual bonus target
- 10% shift differential
- Full relocation package
Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
