Job Title: Counter Person (Pizzeria) FULL TIME & PART TIME NEEDED
About the Position:
We are looking for an outgoing, friendly, reliable Counter Person to join our pizzeria team. This role is customer-facing and essential to creating a positive experience for every guest. The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude. 5 DAYS - FULL TIME & PART TIME AVAILABLE
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
· Take dine-in and to-go orders accurately, in person and by phone.
· Package to-go orders neatly and efficiently.
· Reheat and serve pizza slices according to shop standards.
· Operate the Toast POS system, handle cash/credit transactions, and issue receipts.
· Keep the counter, dining area, and service stations clean and well stocked.
· Communicate clearly with kitchen staff to ensure timely, accurate orders.
· Assist with basic prep or restocking as needed.
Qualifications:
· Previous customer service or food service experience preferred, but not required.
· Strong communication and hospitality skills.
· Ability to multitask and stay calm during busy periods.
· Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
· Basic math and cash-handling skills.
· Availability on evenings and weekends is a plus.
