Responsibilities - What you’ll do
Job Responsibilities:
- Understands the APTS system for data entry of the EMTs that come in daily.
- Exhibit executive level of assistance when dealing with community partners, families and stakeholders as this position is a direct reflection of the AD.
- With the Regional Office Director’s assistant, coordinate oversight of the front desk Reception schedule for the Jefferson County locations.
- Support OSA/SC staff with State Vehicle reservations and reporting, due monthly. Schedule maintenance as needed.
- Communicates effectively with others; demonstrating diplomacy and tact when communicating with others both verbally and in writing.
- Monitor quarterly Administrative Logging Audit reports for Jefferson County Team members on behalf of Central office. Monitor additional reports as assigned.
- Provide excellent customer service including answering phone calls promptly and forwarding to appropriate recipient.
- Develop and draft letters of communication as requested.
- Maintain and order supplies for Office.
- Track Utilization Review packets. Scan into SharePoint and disseminate to Support Coordination Teams and providers.
- In conjunction with Records Clerk, coordinate consumer transfers in and out of the region and among St. Louis Regional Office and TCM teams. Including movement of files.
- Be the liaison for the Office of Administration Maintenance and Information Technology teams at the Jefferson County location.
Qualifications - All you need for success
Knowledge:
Specialized knowledge of administrative functions and operations. Must be proficient in Microsoft programs including Outlook, Word and Excel. Thorough knowledge of CIMOR; add Support Coordinators into system and approve ARA requests. Includes ability to coach staff in usage. Some supervisory experience preferred. Ability to provide quality customer service to consumers and/or families with developmental disabilities.
Qualifications:
1-3 year of experience (Substitutions may be allowed.)
