What You'll Do
- Set up and operate CNC press brake equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, routings, and work instructions
- Select and install tooling for forming operations
- Form sheet metal parts to customer specifications
- Inspect parts using measuring equipment
- Make adjustments to maintain quality standards
- Follow safety and quality procedures
- Work closely with teammates to meet production goals
What We're Looking For
- Manufacturing, machine operation, fabrication, or press brake experience preferred
- Blueprint reading experience is helpful
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Preferred Experience
- CNC Press Brake operation
- Safan or Accurpress equipment
- Precision measuring tools
- Programming and advanced setups
