Full Job Description

School Speech Language Pathologist for a 36‑week contract in Easton, Maryland. Provide therapy to students with various disabilities. Compensation up to $67 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals and state regulations.
Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for students with diverse disabilities, including OHI, Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Language Impairment.
Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to support student progress and ensure effective communication and intervention strategies.
Document student progress and maintain accurate therapy records in compliance with school policies and regulations.
Participate in team meetings and continuous professional development activities to enhance service delivery and stay current with best practices.

Qualifications:

Certified SLP in Maryland
1+ years of experience
Skills working with multiple ages and disabilities including OHI, Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Language Impairment
Ability to work outside general education settings
Strong communication and organization skills
Orientation to school‑based environment
Background check compliance required
Must be able to work days
Flexibility and teamwork skills essential
