We’re currently seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team and support our mission.
Position Overview:
As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, delivering exceptional service both in-person and over the phone. You’ll assist with policy updates, billing questions, claims support, and general inquiries, ensuring each interaction reflects the high standard of care we’re known for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt, courteous service to clients via phone, email, and in-office visits
- Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and claim processing
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Support the agency’s daily operations and administrative tasks
- Uphold Farm Bureau’s commitment to integrity and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or office experience preferred (insurance experience a plus)
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be licensed or willing to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license (support may be provided)
