RESPONSIBILITIES
Registered Nurse (RN) position is responsible for:
- Assessing and evaluating patients
-
Writing and initiating plan of care
-
Regularly re-evaluating plan of care
-
Revising the plan of care as necessary
-
Administer medication and treatment as prescribed by the physician
-
Document accurate and relevant clinical notes regarding patient’s condition
-
Observes patient’s change in condition and behavior, discuss changes with the patient and/or family/caregiver, and reporting when needed
-
Assists patients with activities of daily living and facilitates the patient’s efforts towards self-sufficiency and independence
REQUIREMENTS
-
Active and good-standing RN license in the state of Pennsylvania; BSN preferred
-
At least 1 year experience within Home Health, Clinical, Surgical, or Critical Care environment

Valid driver’s license with reliable, insured transportation
