We are seeking a Certified Clinical Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to join our team beginning July 20, 2026. This position serves students receiving special education services through their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) at a local charter school in the District of Columbia.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations for students referred for special education services.
- Administer standardized and informal assessments to determine eligibility and educational needs.
- Prepare timely, comprehensive evaluation reports with educationally relevant recommendations.
- Provide individualized speech-language therapy services in accordance with students' IEPs.
- Develop measurable IEP goals and objectives.
- Attend eligibility, IEP, and multidisciplinary team meetings as the speech-language pathology representative.
- Monitor student progress and complete required progress reports.
- Collaborate with teachers, school administrators, psychologists, related service providers, and families to support student success.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with IDEA, District of Columbia regulations, and school requirements.
- Manage an organized caseload while meeting evaluation and service delivery timelines.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
- Current District of Columbia Speech-Language Pathology license, or ability to obtain licensure before the start date.
- Experience providing speech-language therapy in a school setting is preferred.
- Experience conducting speech-language evaluations and writing comprehensive assessment reports.
- Knowledge of IDEA, IEP development, and special education procedures.
- Strong written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
