We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Guest Service Agent to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to assist guests with their needs, manage reservations, and enhance their overall experience at our hotel. Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Answer guest inquiries regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Handle reservations via phone and online systems while ensuring accuracy.
- Address guest complaints and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel policies and procedures to assist guests effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and enhance their stay.
- Assist in maintaining the front desk area in a neat and organized manner.
- Washing and folding laundry
Skills
- Strong background in guest services with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with guests.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and phone systems.
- Ability to build rapport with guests through exceptional guest relations skills.
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for managing multiple tasks.
