Our office is seeking a Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) with 2+ years of experience to join our independent and well- established, patient-focused practice serving patients ages 15+.
Position Highlights:
- Full-time, 4.5-day workweek
- No after-hours call
- No weekend office hours
- $140,000 – $160,000 salary (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions
- Interpret lab results and manage patient care plans
- Assist with medication refills and ongoing care
- Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care
Qualifications:
- Certified PA-C or Nurse Practitioner (NP)
- 2+ years of clinical experience preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Experience with EClinicalWorks EMR is a plus
