Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team! This vital role ensures the smooth operation of daily office functions, providing exceptional support to staff, clients, and visitors alike. As the backbone of our administrative team, you will manage a variety of clerical and organizational tasks with energy, precision, and a positive attitude. Your expertise in office management, combined with strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities, will help foster an efficient and welcoming environment for everyone.
Duties
- Oversee calendar management and scheduling for meetings, appointments, and events using productivity software like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records through filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring confidentiality and organization
- Handle bookkeeping tasks using Acumatica to support financial transactions and record-keeping
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, preparing reports, managing correspondence, and supporting office projects
- Coordinate office supplies procurement, manage inventory levels, and ensure the office environment is organized and efficient
- Training for approximately 6 months, will require task testing and field work to learn our business.
- Willing to get your hands dirty working in a field crew to learn and understand our business.
- Drug Tests mandatory.
Experience
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a strong background in accounting and customer support
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace applications, and productivity tools
- Familiarity with Acumatica for bookkeeping or basic accounting tasks is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in Construction related activities.
- Civil Engineering background a plus.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
