THIS ROLE ISN'T FOR EVERYONE.
We want to be transparent about that from the beginning. This isn't a traditional 9-to-5 management position. We're looking for someone to take ownership of our flagship Indianapolis branch and operate it like a CEO within our company.
You'll inherit a $10M+ operation with an incredible opportunity in front of it—but also plenty of work to do. You'll be expected to build and strengthen processes, develop leaders, create accountability, solve problems, protect profitability, and help scale this branch beyond $15M.
There will be long days. There will be difficult conversations. There will be times when the business requires more from you than what's written in a job description. This role will require dedication, sacrifice, urgency, and complete ownership.
But that commitment goes both ways. If you're willing to invest in Wild Ridge, we're willing to invest in you.
You'll have access to continuous training, professional development, executive leadership, and opportunities to grow as fast as your performance and ambition will take you. We want someone who isn't simply looking for their next job—we want someone who wants to build something, leave their mark, and create a career they're proud of.
If you're looking for comfortable, this probably isn't the right opportunity. If you're looking for ownership, challenge, growth, and the opportunity to lead a flagship operation—keep reading.
