As Workplace Services Regional Office Site Manager, you will be responsible for the planning and implementation of workplace services, facility operations, maintenance, and life safety across our current six U.S. offices, as well as any future offices categorized as Client-Facing or Team-Based locations.
This role spans the full workplace experience, from daily occupant services and facilities to technical coordination, moves and renovations, employee amenities, life safety, and physical security, across our six current offices and future locations. You will work cross-functionally with our technology, security, and facilities leaders, and play a central part in maintaining workplace experience consistency, WPS standards compliance, and disciplined cost management across the firm’s regional offices.

Occupant services: Develop and oversee execution of the Workplace Services (WPS) playbook for office set-up and daily operations, including supply stocking, hospitality services, shipping and printing support, and event and move support, while maintaining an upscale, professional environment.

Team leadership & cross-office support: Manage a team of US based site contacts while partnering with and supporting local contacts at offices outside the Workplace Services department to ensure consistent service delivery

Utility management: Oversee resolution of the maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment.

Technical services: Serve as the liaison between the regional office and the technology team headquartered in Richmond, VA to coordinate, implement, and troubleshoot tasks on site.

Construction / move coordination: Serve as a planning and execution partner on large moves and renovation projects.

Employee services: Analyze amenities and services to offer employees a differentiated workplace experience.

Vendor & procurement management: Manage hospitality vendors responsible for on-site stocking and presentation of common areas, and manage vendors, contracts, and procurement associated with office supplies, equipment, and workplace services.

Life safety & physical security: Implement life safety program standards and security requirements and controls under the direction of the Facilities & Amenities Manager.
Job Specific Competencies, Education and Experience:

A college degree, or a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service).

5–10 years of experience in a workplace services function.

Strong project management skills, including preparing project schedules, budgets, and presentation materials.

Experience in a workplace services function within the financial services industry.

Self-driven but collaborative approach that builds interpersonal networks and is able to influence.
