Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced End-to-End Application Integration Lead/Architect to design, implement, and oversee enterprise-wide system integrations across cloud, on-premise, and third-party platforms. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless data flow, application interoperability, integration architecture governance, delivery leadership across business-critical systems and overall testing strategy across complex systems.
This Lead/Architect bridge the gap between high-level architectural design and hands-on QA by building scalable automation frameworks, ensuring multi-platform integrations, and managing release readiness.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical integration expertise with data management, testing, validation, leadership, stakeholder management, and project delivery capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
· Application Integration Strategy Delivery & Architecture
· Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end integration solutions across enterprise applications.
· Define integration standards, frameworks, and best practices.
· Develop scalable APIs, middleware, messaging, and event-driven architectures.
· Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.
· Manage integration projects from requirements gathering through deployment and support.
· Coordinate integration between core cloud, on prem, SaaS, and legacy systems.
· Oversee ETL, API, microservices, and middleware implementations and define integration validation and data definition.
· Ensure data consistency, reliability, and performance across systems.
· Drive automation, monitoring, provide guidance on integration technologies and modernization strategies.
· Collaborate with business teams, vendors, architects, and infrastructure teams.
· Translate business requirements into technical integration solutions.
· Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans to leadership.
· Establish integration governance processes and documentation standards.
· Monitor production integrations and resolve critical incidents.
· Ensure integrations meet SLA, security, and compliance requirements.
· Support disaster recovery, business continuity, and scalability planning.
Required Qualifications
· 10+ years of experience in application integration, middleware, or enterprise architecture and quality engineering.
· 5+ years in in End-to-End technical leadership or lead integration role.
· Strong experience withAPIs (REST/SOAP), Middleware platforms, ETL tools, Microservices architecture, Message queues/event streaming, Cloud integrations
· 3+ years in hands-on experience with modern automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or C#).
· Strong understanding of: Data mapping and data lineage, Authentication/security protocols, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab), DevOps practices and familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
· Test Management: Strong command of tools like Rally, Jira, Zephyr, TestRail, or ALM.
· Backend & Data: Solid understanding of SQL and API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured).
· Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder, leadership and strategic communication skills.
Preferred Skills
· Test Data Management: Govern test data strategies, including data masking, synthetic data creation, and high-volume data validation.
· Cross-system Integration: Ensure seamless quality assurance during end-to-end interactions across upstream and downstream systems, middleware, and third-party APIs.
· Strategy & Governance: Design and own scalable, reusable E2E testing architectures. Manage test data and own end to end release readiness. Define approaches for functional, performance, API, batch processing, and data migration testing.
· Cross functional and Stakeholder collaboration: Align end to end test strategy, Partner withacross business stakeholders, IT, DevOps teams, Product Managers and to ensure software end-to-end testability and compliance.
· Experience with platforms such as: Azure Integration Services, Kafka, Cloud platform (Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
