Starting Compensation: $20 hourly
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the Administration department Create and manage spreadsheets using product data or pricing inputs
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned. - Provide backup reception coverage during the receptionist's breaks, lunch periods, vacations, remote workdays and end-of-day coverage
- Greet and assist all guests, providing a high level of customer service and directing them to the appropriate contact or department
- Maintain building access by monitoring the visitor log, issuing badges, and following safety protocols
- Operate a multi-line telephone system to answer, screen, and forward calls, take messages, or manage conference room scheduling
- Respond to emergency situations as needed, including evacuation with emergency supplies

- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

While performing the duties, this position is frequently required to:
- Stand or sit for long periods of time.
- Look at a computer screen and use hands and fingers for keyboard and mouse with fine dexterity and repetitive motion.
- Lift up to 30 lbs occasionally
- Speak Clearly and actively listen
- Utilize close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Perform complex tasks with very close attention to accuracy and quality.
