You'll lead a team of seven, build on the recent ERP implementation, improve processes, and work closely with Finance, Sales, Accounting, and IT to drive operational excellence across the credit function.
The Role
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 7, including a Collections Manager.

Drive continuous improvement following the recent Infor M3 ERP implementation.

Improve credit processes, reporting, controls, and operational efficiency.

Partner with Finance, Sales, Accounting, and IT on cross-functional initiatives.

Support future automation and modernization projects.
The Person
- Credit Supervisor, Team Lead, Assistant Credit Manager, or Senior Credit Analyst with leadership experience.

Exposure to an ERP implementation or major systems improvement project.

Ready to take the next step into your first Credit Manager role.

Strong communication skills with a stable employment history.
