Position Summary
The Pharmacy Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately picking, packing, receiving, organizing, and shipping pharmaceutical inventory within our warehouse distribution operation. Associates play a critical role in ensuring medications and healthcare products are delivered safely and efficiently to our pharmacy locations.
This position works within a fast-paced warehouse environment that requires teamwork, reliability, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety and professionalism.
Employees are expected to comply with all company policies, attendance standards, safety requirements, and applicable pharmacy and regulatory requirements.
What You’ll Do
Responsibilities include:
- Pick, package, and prepare pharmacy orders accurately
- Receive and organize incoming inventory shipments
- Replenish warehouse inventory locations
- Maintain inventory accuracy through counting and verification processes
- Assist with preparing deliveries to retail pharmacy locations
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
- Support cold-chain handling procedures where required
- Properly handle medication returns, outdates, and controlled substances
- Use internal computer systems for inventory and order processing
- Assist with resolving inventory discrepancies and operational issues
- Follow OSHA, DEA, state board of pharmacy, and company safety standards
- Work cooperatively with warehouse staff, drivers, pharmacists, and supervisors

Physical Requirements
This is an active warehouse position requiring:
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and lifting
- Lifting, pushing, or pulling products up to 50 pounds
- Safe operation of pallet jacks and warehouse equipment
- Continuous movement throughout scheduled shifts
