Position Overview:
The Imaging Production Specialist II position is responsible for sorting, filing, and imaging of all member related documents. The Imaging Production Specialist II position is also responsible for the following:
· Demonstrates knowledge of credit union operating systems and displays familiarity with credit union forms.
· Processes incoming requests from other departments and branch offices.
· Supports workflow, productivity, and quality control standards.
· Complies with company policies and procedures.
· Sorting and preparing of hard copy documents for scanning while maintaining the security and confidentiality of all documents.
· Monitors documents from branch offices and other departments for paper record and quality assurance including documentation errors and auto-image accuracy and shares feedback and concerns with immediate supervisor, noting member accounts as needed.
· Scans all prepared documents and is responsible for maintaining a consistent workflow of productivity and quality in imaging. Imports, indexes, and electronically files incoming images from other departments and outside sources.
· Performs follow up quality control functions to assure quality images and accurate filing.
· Assists lending with management of paid loans and collateral protection insurance, provides files and member record information to staff as requested.
· Participates in maintenance, retention, and destruction of all member related documents, as well as ongoing record organizing and imaging projects in compliance with CU and department procedures.
· Communicate with internal team members regarding images, documents, or records requests.
· Completes other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
· High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
· 1 to 3 years similar or related experience required.
· Minimum of 1 year Financial Institution experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:
· Regularly required to talk and hear. Frequently required to stand, sit, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Ability to lift as much as 40 lbs. is preferred.
