RPh on the Go is seeking a PSR Pharmacy Technician for a 13-week contract to possible direct hire. This opportunity is with a top local mail order/ non-sterile compounding pharmacy in Grosse Ile Michigan.

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Responsibilities

Answer incoming client and patient calls

Provide professional and friendly customer service

Fill and process prescription orders

Assist with shipping and order fulfillment

Support inventory control and organization
-
Work closely with pharmacists and pharmacy staff

Assist with daily mail order pharmacy operations
-
Communicate with patients regarding their prescriptions and pharmacy needs

Help create a positive patient experience

Perform additional pharmacy duties as assigned
Requirements

Pharmacy technician experience

Active Michigan Pharmacy Technician license

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong customer service skills
