Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in selecting vehicles
- Conduct test drives and provide detailed information about vehicle features, benefits, and financing options
- Manage inventory control by keeping track of vehicle availability
- Utilize CRM software to generate new leads and follow up with potential clients
- Maintain a professional demeanor during all customer interactions
- Assist customers throughout the purchasing process, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish
- Stay informed about industry trends, new models, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate with customers
- Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
Job Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License with no restrictions
- Experience in automotive sales required
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends
- Strong desire to succeed and self-motivated
- Steady work history and the commitment to provide exceptional customer service
- Basic computer, email and internet proficiency
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
