Job Summary

Duties
- Lead and motivate the retail team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) system management.
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, purchasing, and merchandising to maximize sales opportunities.
- Recruit, interview, train, and develop staff members to ensure a high-performing team with strong product knowledge.
- Implement effective scheduling, shift management, and employee orientation programs to optimize workforce productivity.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching, and facilitate training & development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping, payroll processing, budgeting, and financial reporting in compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience within the retail industry, including supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong skills in negotiation, sales management, inventory management, and operational oversight.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams through managerial communication and training.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse customer bases.
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math is essential.
- Demonstrated ability in recruiting, interviewing, employee orientation, and supervising staff effectively.
- Knowledge of retail store product lines, merchandising strategies, pricing techniques, and inventory control methods.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently across multiple responsibilities such as staffing, sales goals, and operational tasks.
