Wireless Reach Group is hiring a Sales Team Member in the San Diego area to support our expanding AT&T campaign. This role is focused on face-to-face customer engagement, where you will introduce wireless and internet solutions, guide customers through available options, and assist with new account enrollments.
As a Sales Team Member, you will serve as a direct representative between customers and leading telecommunications services. This position is designed for individuals who are looking to start a career in business, sales, and customer engagement with structured training and long-term growth opportunities.

Sales Team Member Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in person to present wireless, internet, and bundled service options
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored recommendations based on service offerings
- Support new customer enrollments and account activations
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience in all interactions
- Meet daily and weekly performance goals in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and completed enrollments
- Collaborate with team members to improve outreach and performance strategies
- Uphold brand standards and ensure consistent service quality
Sales Team Member Qualifications

Pay: $3,400.00 - $5,200.00 per month
