REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and written specifications of articles to be constructed or repaired and plans sequence of performing such operations.

Joins and assembles materials using nails, screws, staples, bolts, dowels, glue and other fasteners.

Erects wood framework for buildings or structures.

Builds wooden stairs. Installs ladders, handrails, walkways, platforms and gangways made of wood.

Lays out buildings or structures on-site.

Makes, sets, and adjusts all types of concrete forms

Strips and releases all concrete forms that are to be reused

Adheres to safety rules and regulations.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Be at least 18 years old.

Perform a variety of duties which may change often.

Ability to complete assigned tasks within given deadlines.

Ability to work at a sustained pace and produce quality work

Previous Commercial Construction is a plus but not required

Current drivers license is preferred.
