Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Seasonal/Part-Time Retail Associate to support our retail operations during peak season, August through October.
This role requires availability Monday through Saturday, with Friday and Saturday availability being especially important. Responsibilities include assisting customers, helping with daily store operations, maintaining an organized retail space, and creating a welcoming experience for everyone who visits Redding Company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, high-quality customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale system accurately for customer checkouts.
- Answer phone calls and assist with customer questions or order updates.
- Price, stock, and merchandise products in a way that keeps the store fresh, organized, and appealing.
- Maintain cleanliness in the retail area, breakroom, and customer restroom.
- Organize inventory and storage areas for easy access and accurate stock levels.
- Monitor and communicate stock levels to support inventory management.
- Assist with e-commerce order fulfillment as needed.
- Work with team members to solve problems and keep store operations running smoothly.
- Provide a positive first impression for customers visiting Redding Company.

- Familiarity with POS systems and basic technology is helpful.

Job Details:
Job Type: Seasonal, Part-Time with potential for full-time employment based on performance and business needs.
Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: Flexible hours between 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, with specific shifts determined by business needs.
- Fridays: 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, August through October.
- Saturdays: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM during August, with potential for extended Saturday hours through October based on business needs.
- Additional hours may be available during peak periods or for special projects.
- Pay: $14.00–$15.57 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
- Work Location: In person, 937 Landa St. New Braunfels, TX 78130.
