Training & Expectations
- At OPCS, consistency is one of the reasons our patients receive an exceptional experience.
- Every position has detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that outline how we perform our daily responsibilities. During your onboarding, you will receive hands-on training and learn how to navigate and use these resources.
- We value self-starters who are comfortable learning independently, following established workflows, and taking ownership of finding answers while recognizing when collaboration is appropriate.
- Our goal is to build a team of professionals who are resourceful, accountable, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning. We believe in supporting one another, but we do not believe in micromanagement. If you prefer constant direction or close supervision, this position is likely not the right fit.
