About the Role
As a Kitchen Shift Leader, you’ll help support the team during daily kitchen operations and make sure each shift runs smoothly. This role is great for someone who enjoys leading by example, working with a team, and helping maintain quality, consistency, and a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Help lead and support the kitchen team during scheduled shifts
- Keep the team focused, organized, and working together
- Support food quality, cleanliness, and overall kitchen standards
- Help make sure orders are prepared accurately and efficiently
- Assist with daily operations and communication between team members and management
- Help create a positive, professional, and team-focused kitchen environment
What We’re Looking For
- Restaurant experience is required
- Kitchen experience is required
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Someone who enjoys supporting and motivating a team
- Leadership experience is a plus, but not required
- Open to someone with strong kitchen experience who is ready to take the next step into leadership
