Basic Function
Coordinate and conduct daily/weekly activities for children and families at both campgrounds and being knowledgeable of campground operations to deliver excellent Guest Service.
Specific Responsibilities
- Organize all activity locations and events.
- Coordinate the weekly/monthly activity schedules for the summer.
- Encourage guests to join activities and always be open to guest suggestions.
- Oversee all activities and upkeep areas as needed.
- Maintain strong knowledge of campgrounds features and locations to best be able to answer guests' questions.
Job Requirements
- Must be 15 years of age or older.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be comfortable communicating and demonstrating activities with all demographics, including small children.
- Must be able to work alone or in groups.
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time in all types of extreme weather.
