We have excellent, friendly patients and staff who would be very welcoming to a new team member. We are located in the Mason/Landen area on the corner of Columbia Rd. and Socialville-Foster Rd.
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated dental hygienist who will treat our patients as family while providing exceptional care and inviting the patients to be partners in their care. We have a strong office team and are open to someone looking to begin their career or someone who is hoping to continue their career in a growing, active practice.
Full-time or part-time growing into full-time hygienist options are available for our practice. Our office hours are Monday – Thursday from 9 AM – 5 PM, with a 1 hour lunch every day from 1 PM – 2 PM. Team members arrive at 8:30 AM M-Th. The office is closed on Fridays and weekends.
All hygiene appointments are 1 hour appointments, and ample time is allowed for new patient exams.
Compensation will start at $47/hr, open to discussion and experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care every day.
- Greet each patient with a smile.
- Listen to each patient's needs and educate patients about their needs.
- Maintain detailed clinical notes and documentation for each patient.
- Promote treatment plans based on patient needs and encourage patients to begin treatment.
- Build relationships with your patients, engaging in friendly conversation.
- Understanding and respecting the values and vision of the practice and working cooperatively with your fellow team members.
- Attend and contribute to daily huddle.
- Maintain a clean and uncluttered environment in the work and reception area.
- Maintain an outgoing, friendly attitude with patients and team members.
- Answer questions from patients and team members cheerfully.
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
