Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, delivering excellent customer service to staff members.

Create, distribute, and maintain HR documents and internal communications.

Coordinate with benefit vendors and administrators as needed.

Maintain and update HR databases and systems with accurate employee information.

Schedule appointments, arrange meetings, and assist with group presentations.

Compile and prepare reports and spreadsheets for HR management.

Support recruitment efforts by posting job ads, organizing resumes and applications, and scheduling interviews.

Assist with the new hire process, including collecting employment and tax information, preparing employee files, and overseeing benefit enrollment.

Orient new employees to the organization, including setting up logins, workstations, and email addresses.

Maintain current HR files and databases, including records related to benefits, employment status, grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.

Perform file audits and payroll/benefit-related reconciliations to ensure compliance and accuracy.
