Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Hemp Extractor with solventless hash extraction experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for extracting valuable compounds from industrial hemp plants using specialized equipment and techniques. Responsibilities
- Operate extraction equipment and machinery with precision, ensuring optimal yield and quality
- Prepare hemp biomass by trimming, drying, and processing plants for extraction
- Maintain and troubleshoot extraction systems, performing routine repairs and adjustments as needed
- Follow strict safety procedures during all phases of extraction to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist with lab-related tasks such as station preparation, plant handling, and basic sanitation/maintenance of machinery
- Conduct quality checks on raw materials and final products to meet industry standards.
- Support equipment cleaning, repairs, and general maintenance to keep operations running smoothly
Skills
- Solventless Production Experience Required
- Supervising experience in agricultural or manufacturing settings preferred
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to repair and maintain extraction equipment and machinery
- Power tools, hand tools, lifting equipment, and operating machinery safely
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and quality assessments
- Experience with irrigation systems and extraction practices.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols related to equipment operation, sanitation, and repair.
