Blue Dot Restoration is seeking a reliable, hardworking Restoration & Remodeling Technician to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis.
We are a growing local restoration company looking for someone with hands-on experience who is comfortable working in a variety of residential job sites and willing to jump in wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with water damage restoration projects
Drywall repair, installation, and finishing
Interior painting and general finishing work
Assist with mold remediation and encapsulation
Support bathroom and kitchen remodeling projects
Cabinet installation and kitchen support work
Install insulation as needed
General demolition and restoration work
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
Work collaboratively with the team to complete projects efficiently

Requirements:
Prior experience in remodeling or restoration preferred
Knowledge of drywall, painting, framing, mold remediation, or cabinetry is a plus
Must have basic hand tools
Reliable transportation required
Strong work ethic and dependability
Ability to lift materials and work on active job sites
Willingness to learn and be trained
