The Chef de Cuisine will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the preparation of meals, ensuring that all dishes are cooked to the highest standards, and managing the kitchen staff. Responsibilities:
- Manage and train kitchen staff.
- Ensure that food is prepared according to recipes and specifications.
- Ensure that food is stored and handled in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor the quality of ingredients and finished dishes.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and in good working order.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist in menu planning and development.
