We're seeking compassionate, dependable PCAs to join our team and provide exceptional care to our residents.
- DAY-SHIFT: 12 HOURS SHIFTS (7A-7P)
- NIGHT SHIFT: 12 HOURS SHIFTS (7P-7A)
No license is needed but must successfully pass background check and drug screens.
Mandatory Duties include (but not limited to):
- Planning, Prepping and Preparing Meals
- Assist Elders with feeding if applicable.
- Assist Elders with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming and incontinence care.
- Plan and participate in meaningful activities.
- Create a comfortable, clean, and organized living environment.
- Communicate effectively with Elders, families, and other team members to ensure coordinated care.
- Collaborate with other RAs and team members in decision-making and problem-solving.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance caregiving skills.
