We're looking for an experienced, patient-focused Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our growing, modern dental practice. If you have a proven track record of presenting treatment plans, building patient trust, and increasing case acceptance, we'd love to meet you.

Present and explain treatment plans

Verify insurance and discuss financial options

Coordinate patient care from diagnosis to completion

Schedule treatment and follow up on unscheduled cases

Deliver an exceptional patient experience

3+ years of Dental Treatment Coordinator experience
-
Proven success with treatment presentation and case acceptance
-
Experience with insurance verification and financing (CareCredit, Sunbit, Cherry, etc.)

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Open Dental experience is a plus

$23–$28/hour + performance bonuses (based on experience)
