Position Summary
HTD is a surgical hair restoration clinic performing FUE procedures with an average case value of $5,000–$12,000, paid in cash or third-party financing. There is no insurance billing and no payer to blame — every dollar of revenue is closed in a consultation room or on a phone call.
The Sales Manager owns that outcome. This is a player-coach role: you personally run and close consultations while building, training, and holding accountable the patient coordinators who support the funnel. You are measured on collected revenue, not activity.
This is not an administrative or customer-service position. If you have never closed a $10,000 cash purchase from someone who was "just gathering information," this role will not work for you.
Core Responsibilities
Pipeline Ownership
- Respond to inbound leads within 5 minutes during business hours. Speed to lead is the single highest-leverage metric in this role.
- Work every unclosed consultation through a structured multi-touch follow-up sequence for a minimum of 90 days. Most revenue in this business sits in the "not yet" pile.
- Maintain 100% CRM discipline: every lead dispositioned, every note logged, every follow-up scheduled within 24 hours.
- Report weekly on pipeline value, stage conversion, and forecast against target.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and manage patient coordinators
- Run weekly call reviews using recorded consultations. Coach to specific objection handling, not general encouragement.
- Build and maintain the objection-handling playbook, consultation script, and pricing presentation as living documents.
Requirements
- 2+ years closing high-ticket ($5,000+), cash-pay or patient-financed products or services.
- Demonstrable track record with numbers you can defend in the interview — close rate, average ticket, annual collected revenue.
- Fully bilingual English/Spanish, written and spoken. Non-negotiable for this market.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and disciplined pipeline management.
- Comfortable being measured weekly on a scoreboard.
- Available for evening and select Saturday consultation blocks when demand requires.
Preferred
- Experience in aesthetics, medspa, elective surgery, cosmetic dentistry, or hair restoration.
- Experience managing or training a sales team.
- Familiarity with third-party patient financing platforms (Cherry, CareCredit, or similar).
- Experience opening or scaling a second location.
Interview Process
- Screening call (20 min)
- Numbers review — bring your production history
- Live role-play: you close a simulated $6,000 consultation
- Final interview with the Principal
- Offer
