What You’ll Do
- Own your portfolio: You’re the face of CareScape for your HOA clients.
- Lead your crews: Motivate and manage teams to hit quality and productivity goals every day.
- Walk your properties: Weekly site inspections, punch lists, and proactive reporting — no surprises for our clients.
- Communicate like a pro: Keep Branch Manager and Community Managers informed, updated, and confident.
- Solve problems: Weather issues? Crew challenges? You’ll handle it — with backup when you need it.
We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of landscape maintenance or crew supervision experience (HOA or commercial preferred).
- Strong leadership and field management skills — you know how to direct a crew without babysitting.
- Confident communicator (phone, email, face-to-face).
- Organized, proactive, and solution-driven.
- Clean driving record + valid driver’s license.
- Irrigation and horticulture knowledge = a major plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
