Position Summary
The Assistant Clinical Supervisor I is responsible for providing clinical support, supervising Behavior Technicians, and assisting with client treatment programs. This role combines direct client care with mentorship, staff development, and collaboration with clinical leadership to ensure high-quality ABA services.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct ABA services while managing a small client caseload.
- Supervise, mentor, and train Behavior Technicians, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
- Monitor client progress and assist with treatment planning and program implementation.
- Conduct parent training to support treatment goals and family engagement.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality clinical care.
- Support clinical operations, staff development, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- Minimum one year of ABA experience, including direct client care.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Supervisory experience preferred but not required.
- Bilingual skills preferred, if applicable.
