Veterinary Specialty Coordinator
Location: Pasadena, CA
Schedule: 4x10 hour day shifts including a regular weekend shift
Shifts range between 6am - 8pm.
Pay Range: $20 - $22/hr
Additional weekend and evening differentials

What You'll Do
Coordinate Specialty Services: Schedule consultations, manage referrals, review upcoming appointments, and ensure all required client forms, medical records, and consultation information are complete prior to appointments.
Be the Communication Hub: Serve as the liaison between specialty departments, reception, referring veterinarians, doctors, and clients by communicating important information accurately and efficiently.
Support Department Operations: Assist specialty departments with daily workflow, complete department-specific checklists, and help keep processes organized and streamlined.
Maintain Medical Information: Update referring veterinarian information, manage incoming and outgoing medical records through appropriate channels, and ensure patient accounts remain accurate.
Collaborate with the Medical Team: Maintain open, consistent communication with doctors and Doctors' Assistants while managing specialty appointment requests and supporting each department's individual scheduling guidelines.
