Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles and a strong background in sales, particularly in high-end or B2B environments. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the purchasing process. This role requires excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a customer-centric approach to ensure a positive buying experience.
Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information about vehicles
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively to maximize opportunities
- Negotiate terms of sale and close deals while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and follow up on inquiries
- Support outbound sales efforts through cold calling and marketing initiatives
- Maintain accurate inventory management and control of vehicles on the lot
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall dealership performance
- Participate in public speaking engagements or community events to promote dealership offerings
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, particularly in automobile or retail sales environments
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes is preferred
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus for engaging diverse clientele
- Experience with high-end sales and luxury vehicle markets is advantageous
- Proficient in CRM software for effective sales management and customer relationship building
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong math skills for retail math applications related to pricing and financing options
- Effective phone etiquette and communication skills for outbound calls and customer interactions
- Previous dealership experience is highly desirable but not mandatory
