Intake Clinician- Child Guidance Clinic

Description:
We’re seeking a dynamic and engaging Intake Clinician to join our Child Guidance team. In this key role, you’ll serve as the gateway to services—conducting intake assessments, matching clients with the right clinicians, and helping ensure every child and family receives high-quality, timely care.
Location: 140 North Frontage Road, Mansfield, CT 06250
What You’ll Do (Day to Day):
- Complete comprehensive intake assessments for children and families
- Match clients with clinicians based on need, fit, and clinical expertise
- Support and coordinate evidence-based practices across the program
- Play a central role in maintaining access, flow, and quality of care
- You will hold a small caseload of kiddos that you will support clinically weekly to biweekly

Minimum Qualifications:
- MSW (CT-LMSW required), MFT (CT-MFT-A required), Master’s Degree in Counseling (CT-LPC-A required).
- LCSW and two years clinical experience working with children and youth, (ages birth to 18) and their families preferred.
- Fluent Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Salary Range:
- Non-LCSW: $55,370 – $62,646
- Non-LCSW: Bilingual Spanish/English Fluency $58,173 – $65,817
- LCSW, LPC, LMFT LADC Clinicians: $65,166 – $73,730
- LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LADC Bilingual Spanish/English Fluency: $68,465 – $77,462
