Job Summary:

As a CNA, you'll provide routine daily care and services to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.
About the Role:
As a CNA, you'll be an integral part of our team, working closely with our healthcare professionals to provide compassionate and personalized care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) according to care plans
- Measuring and recording vital signs, food and fluid intake, and reporting changes
- Assisting with lifting, turning, positioning, transferring, and transporting residents
- Providing care to residents with mental health conditions, psychosocial needs, or history of trauma
- Observing and reporting skin changes, pressure areas, or breakdowns
- Collecting specimens as instructed
Requirements:
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (Illinois)
- CPR certification required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism
- Ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and support agencies
