Did you know that Brevard Public Schools offers our instructional staff a pay supplement based on years of experience? Our voters passed a millage last November and all instructional staff, from zero to 19+ years of experience, will receive a supplement. The pay ranges based on years of experience, but for an SLP with 19+ years working in speech pathology, that's approximately an additional $8,110 (pay and supplement are prorated based on start date) in your pocket! This raises the overall compensation higher than our neighboring counties.
Extra benefits for choosing to work with students at Brevard Public Schools:
- Manageable Caseloads
- CFYs welcomed
- Mentorship provided
- $6,200 supplement for the CCCs
- Free CEU opportunities
