We are seeking dynamic Outside Sales Representatives / Independent Account Executives to join our team on a lucrative, commission-only contract basis.
In this role, you will lead the localized push to secure the foundational infrastructure of our medical network. Your primary objective is to pitch clinical directors, private pharmacies, and medical facility administrators on securing an exclusive seat in The Prime 99 / Genesis Cohort.
Uncapped Commission Structure
This is a 100% commission-only contract position built for true closers who want to bypass traditional corporate salary caps:
Flat-Rate Payout: You earn exactly $500 cash for every single successful sign-up processed through your efforts.
Payout Schedule: Accumulated commissions are processed and paid out at the end of each month.
The Mechanism: Your clients lock in their enterprise asset by completing their enrollment through our permanent Genesis Cohort platform website.
High-Yield Conversion: You are pitching a heavily discounted, highly exclusive offer. By applying an authorized Founder’s Verification Code, you reduce a facility's standard $5,000 lifetime capital license down to a one-time institutional commitment of just $2,500. A $500 commission on a $2,500 close represents an incredible 20% commission rate.
Realistic Earnings: Closing just 2 to 3 facilities a week yields an annual target income of $52,000 to $78,000+.

Duties & Responsibilities
Targeted Outreach: Prospect, source, and identify high-value B2B opportunities across regional healthcare facilities, medical practices, private pharmacies, and clinical directors.
Platform Demonstrations: Conduct compelling software walk-throughs to showcase Rx OmniMedLink's cutting-edge capabilities—including its NIST SP 800-63-3 IAL2 Stripe Identity proofing, native HL7 FHIR R4 interoperability (Epic/Cerner compatible), and live OpenFDA safety intelligence pipelines.
Close the Core: Guide healthcare stakeholders through the enrollment pipeline on our permanent cohort website, ensuring they apply their verification codes to secure their seat.
Field Activity Management: Strategically manage your outside sales routes, networking events, and pipeline follow-ups to maximize transaction speed.
Requirements
Proven B2B Sales Drive: Experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or B2B SaaS environments is highly preferred, but an elite, self-starting sales engine is required.
Persuasive Communication: Ability to engage confidently with clinical directors, pharmacists, and medical executives, articulating technical compliance benefits clearly.
Independent Execution: Comfortable operating in an autonomous "on the road" contract environment where your paycheck directly reflects your performance.
Technical Aptitude: Ability to comfortably demonstrate web-based software dashboards and reference federal compliance standards (HIPAA, DEA EPCS, etc.).
